Thorong La Pass Trekking

The Trekking Thorong La Pass is one of Nepal's most successful trekking tours. The trek passes across numerous biospheres as you climb up from the sub-tropical jungle to the high and very dry area close to the Tibetan Plateau. The region also has a wide variety of cultural diversity with the various tribal and ethnic groups that occupy the area, living in peace and harmony as they have for centuries.

Various biospheres such as Buddhist monasteries, Chame, Pisang, and Manang can be seen as they pass through Thorong La Pass. The Village of Manang Braga has the monastery of Yogi Milarepa and the cave of meditation. Milarepa's century-old yogi meditated in a cave for six years and eventually achieved enlightenment in Manang's mountains. Manang Valley's biological status stretches from the subtropical jungle to the high and arid zone. The local festival is close to the Tibetan community that has long been resitting Gurung and the lama ethnic group.

Thorong La Pass Trek takes you through the deepest gorge in the world–the gorge of Kali Gandaki and then the highest pass in the world–Thorang La at an elevation of 5,416 m. The trek goes through Manang village's remote and beautiful valley and then to Muktinath's spiritual location.

Chola pass Trekking

The hard part here is to first cross the border of Cho La Pass itself at (5420 m), and this trip takes about 18 to 21 days and goes through both the area of Gokyo Lake and the Everest Base Camp. The Chola Pass trekking has some brief and fascinating "climbs" of Gokyo Ri, Chukkung Ri and Kalapathar for some master views of Mahalangur Himalayan range icefalls and glaciers including five big 8000 + meter peaks including Everest, Cho Oyu, Lhotse, Lhotse-Shar and Makalu.

Why Manaslu Larke Pass Trek is one of the famous trekking trails?
