Pokalde Peak is situated in the Khumbu region and considered one of the beautiful peaks of this region. Pokalde peak climbing is easy anyone who is really interested can climb this peak. Sherpa ethnic people are the main inhabitants of this region, the route goes through their villages and these people are very humble and helpful. Our trek to Pokalde summit starts from Lukla. We will reach to Pokalde base camp after completing the adventurous journey of Phakding, Namche bazaar, Tehgboche, Periche, Lobuche, Gorekshep, Everest Base Camp and Chhukung. Pokalde Peak Base camp will be set up near the lakes below the Kongma La pass. We climb to a rocky pass and follow beautiful snow ridge and cross rocky pinnacles. We continue following the ridge to a little more difficult climb through stones and finally to the narrow rocky summit. After admiring the beautiful mountains views from its summit we will return back to Lukla via same route.
